Role Overview
The Debt Collection Agent is responsible for managing and recovering outstanding debts while maintaining professional relationships with clients and customers. The role involves high levels of contact management and negotiation to ensure successful recovery outcomes.
Responsibilities
Manage and recover outstanding debts for various clients.
Maintain professional and positive relationships with customers during the recovery process.
Utilize cutting-edge technology and customer-centric approaches for contact management.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors.
Ensure all debt recovery activities are conducted professionally and within legal frameworks.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a Diploma qualification.
Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience in debt collection, credit management, or a related field.
Location: Preferred candidates should reside within the Mombasa Road area of Nairobi.
