This internship role is focused on tele-collections, where the individual will use phone-based communication to manage debt collection processes while maintaining professional customer service standards and accurate records.
Responsibilities
Contacting clients via telephone to manage and negotiate debt collection processes.
Providing excellent customer service while resolving payment inquiries.
Maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Handling confidential information with high integrity.
Working effectively both independently and as part of a team to meet organizational goals.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone presence.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of debt collection processes and customer service principles.
High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or debt collections is an added advantage.
