Responsibilities

- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your technical expertise, ensuring Technical Program Management practices are applied in a high-urgency AI environment.
- Drive alignment across teams, organizations, and product areas to reach consensus on product direction, north-star metrics, engineering scope/feasibility, etc.
- Dive into and resolve critical roadblocks by adopting the perspective of a Product Manager or Engineer as needed. Identify and clear both product and engineering blockers to maintain forward momentum.
- Drive portfolio planning, prioritization, roadmap/OKR definition, milestones, and software schedules. Clearly articulate project schedules, risks, technical trade-offs, and critical decisions to technical leads, executives, and cross-functional partners.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in Technical Program Management.
- Experience in managing end-to-end projects in a technical/software engineering environment.
- Experience in coordinating, managing and facilitating communication between teams.
- Experience managing cross-functional engineering organizations.
