Job Description
The Tana River County Assembly is seeking two individuals for the position of ICT Assistant I to provide essential technical support services to staff and assist in the maintenance and upkeep of the organization's ICT infrastructure. This role involves frontline support, hardware and software management, and general ICT equipment maintenance.
Supporting troubleshooting of printers, computers and network devices.
Helping with data entry, system updates and backups.
Maintaining ICT equipment and reporting faults.
Performing any other duties assigned.
Requirements for Appointment
Diploma in ICT, Computer Studies or related field from a recognized institution.
At least one (1) year experience in ICT.
Basic knowledge of computer applications and maintenance.
