Job Description
The role of the Technical Intern is to support field installations, equipment recovery, and customer support activities, focusing primarily on Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) and Enterprise clients. The successful candidate will ensure quality installations, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and assist both the technical and sales teams in achieving defined service delivery and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Support technical installations and repairs specifically for SME/Enterprise clients.
Manage installation orders efficiently to help meet overall revenue goals.
Provide timely feedback and detailed reports on installation progress.
Liaise between clients, contractors, and internal design teams.
Commission and thoroughly test equipment following installation to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure strict compliance with all company safety protocols and operational policies.
Be readily available to provide emergency technical support when required.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
At least 6 months of hands-on experience in ISP field installation.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrated customer-focused approach coupled with solid technical and organizational abilities.
