This role is for a Teacher of Mathematics at St Andrew’s School, Turi, one of the leading international schools in East Africa. St Andrew's School is highly respected in Kenya, comprising a Preparatory School and a Senior School. The Senior School caters to approximately 330 pupils between the ages of 13 and 18.
Responsibilities
The overarching responsibilities of the role include:
- Promoting the Christian ethos of the school.
- Establishing and developing a culture of excellence.
- Ensuring delivery of excellent Mathematics provision at the Senior School.
- Developing and improving the overall quality of academic provision.
- Developing and delivering outstanding assessment for learning, in line with school policy.
- Ensuring accurate reporting data and identifying trends to improve academic outcomes for all.
