JW Marriott Nairobi is looking for a skilled, professional, and guest-focused Spa Therapist to join our Spa & Wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional spa treatments, promote relaxation and wellbeing, and ensure each guest enjoys a personalized and rejuvenating experience in line with JW Marriott Nairobi’s luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional, high-quality spa and wellness treatments to guests.
Promote relaxation, health, and overall wellbeing.
Ensure each guest enjoys a personalized and rejuvenating experience.
Maintain the luxury service standards of JW Marriott Nairobi.

Requirements

BA/BSc/HND qualification in a relevant field.
Strong passion for wellness and guest service excellence.
