In this role, the Chef de Partie, Banquets & Meetings will prepare and present exceptional food for meetings, conferences, and banquets. You will supervise a designated kitchen section, coordinate with events and service teams, and guide junior kitchen members to maintain high standards of presentation, quality, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present food for meetings, conferences, and banquets.
Supervise the kitchen section and guide junior team members.
Maintain recipe, portion, and presentation standards.
Coordinate with Banqueting, Events, and Service teams.
Support event preparation, buffet setup, and replenishment.
Monitor quality, stock, wastage, hygiene, and food safety.
Assist with menu planning and special event requirements.
Requirements
Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or a related field.
At least three years' experience in banqueting, events, or high-volume food production, preferably in a four- or five-star hotel.
Strong food preparation, presentation, and hygiene skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines.
Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
