Job Description
Talent Grid Africa is a regional consulting firm that partners with leaders in business to handle the complexities of hiring the right talent, engaging them in the right way, improving performance, and retaining top talent. We are currently seeking Showroom Supervisors for our client in Nairobi.
The successful candidates will oversee showroom operations, coordinate workflow across different sections, supervise sales teams, ensure accurate stock management, and maintain high customer service standards while supporting branch profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth workflow across sections.
Coordinate workflow and supervise the performance of the sales team.
Manage and ensure accurate stock and inventory management.
Maintain and uphold high customer service standards within the showroom.
Support initiatives aimed at improving branch profitability.
Solve problems efficiently to maintain operational excellence.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
Experience: Minimum 1+ year experience in a retail supervisory role (e.g., Team Leader, Sales Supervisor, or Showroom Supervisor).
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
Communication: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Technical: Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Compensation
Salary: Ksh. 70,000
