Job Description
Sheth Naturals, a beauty brand founded in 2015 by a medical doctor committed to clean beauty for Africans, is looking for In-store Merchandisers to join their team in Nyamira. The successful candidates will be responsible for engaging customers and driving sales of their natural beauty and skincare products within retail environments.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Actively engage walk-in customers and promote products within the stores.
Sales Targets: Drive daily and monthly sales targets to ensure brand growth.
Merchandising: Maintain product visibility and ensure displays are attractive and well-organized.
Product Knowledge: Provide accurate and detailed product knowledge to customers to assist in their purchasing decisions.
Teamwork: Work closely with store teams to maximize sales opportunities and streamline operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a BA/BSc/HND qualification.
Communication: Strong communication and customer engagement skills are essential.
Attitude: Must be self-driven, target-oriented, reliable, and presentable.
Environment: Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, beauty, skincare, or retail is considered an added advantage.
Availability: Must be available to work full-time in the assigned stores in Nyamira.
