Role Overview
Sustainet E.A. is a Non-Governmental Organization promoting sustainable agricultural practices in East and the Horn of Africa, with a network of 209 NGOs/CBOs reaching 1.5 million smallholder farmers. Sustainet Group is seeking a Short-Term Expert in Systems Integration to support knowledge transfer and capacity-building initiatives for development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate knowledge transfer and capacity building in Systems Integration.
Design and deliver training-of-trainers (ToT) modules for agricultural development initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: University degree (Master's level) in Agriculture, Social Science, Political Science, Law, Economics, Development Studies, Digital Humanities, or related fields.
Language Skills: C1-level proficiency in English, as well as C1-level proficiency in Spanish, French, or a local national language spoken within target project contexts.
General Experience: 3 years of professional experience in capacity building or training design for development projects.
Specific Experience: 3 years of professional experience in designing and delivering training-of-trainers (ToT).
Regional Experience: 3 years of regional working experience in Latin America, Africa, or Asia.
Sector Experience: 3 years of experience working directly with smallholders or agricultural MSMEs.
