Shop Assistant - Wote

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases of electronics and accessories.
• Promote smartphones, laptops, TVs, and other household appliances.
• Facilitate Safaricom services, including M-Pesa agent transactions and airtime solutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Ensure the shop and product displays are well-organized and appealing.

Requirements

• Must be passionate about customer service and sales.
• Willingness to work in Wote.
• Must provide a handwritten application letter alongside a CV.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
