Job Description
Generations Electronics and Allied Ltd, a Platinum Safaricom dealer and leading IT shop for top-quality electronics and accessories, is seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant for its Malindi branch. We specialize in smartphones, laptops, TVs, IoTs, and household appliances, alongside services like M-Pesa, bulk airtime, and internet solutions. Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers who visit the shop, providing detailed information on various electronic products.
Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and accessories (smartphones, laptops, TVs, etc.).
Assist with shop operations, including inventory management, product display, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
Facilitate services such as M-Pesa agent lines, bulk airtime, and internet/connectivity solutions for customers.
Process customer transactions and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
Requirements
A strong passion for customer service and retail sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of or interest in electronics and IT products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Flexibility and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
