Job Description
MINISO is a Japanese-inspired lifestyle product retailer, offering high quality household goods, cosmetics and food at affordable prices. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Shop Assistant to join our team at our Meru branch.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to provide a high level of service and assist in product selection.
Achieve sales targets by utilizing negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Handle customer feedback and inquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
Ensure the store environment is well-maintained and products are displayed correctly.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet store objectives.
Operate with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of store operation.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 1 Year in sales and customer service.
Education: Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: Candidates should possess at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills and Competencies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a dedicated team player.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle client feedback professionally.
