Job Description
Healthy U is looking for a Head of Natural Beauty to take on a strategic leadership role responsible for the end-to-end category strategy of the natural beauty segment. The purpose of this role is to drive revenue and margin growth while positioning the brand as a leader in ethical and sustainable beauty products across both physical and digital retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
Category Strategy: Own the Natural Beauty category strategy end-to-end, covering assortment, pricing, promotions, merchandising, and profitability to drive revenue and margin growth.
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team while strengthening product knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Trend & Insight Integration: Track local and global beauty trends, translate these insights into actionable strategies, and partner with marketing and supply chain departments to deliver commercially successful launches and campaigns.
Customer Experience: Elevate the customer journey across in-store and e-commerce platforms through consultations, tech-enabled tools, and high service standards.
Sustainability: Champion ethical and sustainable sourcing practices to align with the company's commitment to health and wellness.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is preferred).
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in retail category management, with a specific focus of 5+ years in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
Technical Skills: Analytical strength with proficiency in data tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with beauty technology and digital retail trends.
Mindset: A future-focused mindset specifically concerning sustainability and ethical business practices.
Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
