Senior Superintendent Water

Requirements for Appointment

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must meet the following criteria:

• Citizenship: Must be a Kenyan Citizen.
• Education: Possession of a relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Water Engineering or its equivalent.
• Experience: Must have served in the grade of Superintendent (Water Engineering) or its equivalent for a minimum period of three (3) years.
• Professional Registration: Must be registered with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK).
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD and Water CAD.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of relevant legislation and professional Engineering standards.
• General Skills: Proficiency in computer applications and project management.

Additional Information

• Candidates with foreign degrees must have them authenticated by the Commission for University Education (CUE).
• Chapter Six of the Constitution (integrity) requirements will only be required from successful applicants.
• The Board does not charge any fee for interviews and processing of applications.
• Any form of canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
