West Kenya Sugar Limited is seeking a Senior Security Supervisor responsible for keeping people, property, and operations safe day-to-day, while ensuring the team on the ground executes the security plan set by management.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Manage security shifts, rosters, and deployment.
Supervise security officers and maintain discipline.
Respond to and investigate incidents.
Conduct patrols and security inspections.
Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
Maintain occurrence books, reports, and security records.
Enforce security policies and procedures.
Monitor risks and recommend corrective actions.
Protect company assets and control movement of materials.
Coordinate with staff, visitors, and external agencies on security matters.
Requirements
KCSE and above; Diploma or Degree is an added advantage.
At least 3 years' experience in a security supervisory role, law enforcement, NYS, or the armed forces.
Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and security operations.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and report writing skills.
Ability to identify and manage security risks.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
