The Director - County Enforcement & Compliance will oversee enforcement operations, regulatory compliance, public order, and security management across Makueni County.
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, an officer must:
Be a Kenyan citizen
Have at least twelve (12) years relevant working experience, with six (6) years in a management position
Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Security Management and Policing Studies, Criminology and Fraud Management, Criminology and Security Studies, Criminology and Criminal Justice, Crime Prevention and Management, or equivalent from a recognized institution
Hold a Master's Degree in Security Management and Policing Studies, Criminology and Fraud Management, Criminology and Security Studies, Criminology and Criminal Justice, Crime Prevention and Management, or equivalent from a recognized institution
Possess a Certificate in Cadet basic paramilitary training held at an approved government training institution
Possess a Certificate in Security Management and Policing Studies lasting not less than four (4) weeks or its equivalent from a recognized institution
Possess a Certificate in Senior Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution
Possess a Certificate in Strategic Leadership Development Programme lasting not less than six (6) weeks from a recognized institution
Meet physical fitness standards applicable to disciplined services plus possess a fitness medical certificate from a recognized institution
Meet the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010
Exposure to traffic investigations and control matters will be an added advantage
