Role Overview
The Senior Real Estate Sales Executive will drive the sales of all real estate units and plots under Superior Homes, with a specific focus on the Pazuri at Vipingo development. The successful candidate will identify and cultivate prospective clients, manage the entire sales cycle, and build strong relationships with buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the sales of all real estate units and plots under Superior Homes.
Identify and cultivate appropriate prospective clients, and follow up on new business opportunities.
Source for new real estate clients through activations, meetings, referrals, site visits, cold-calling, and all forms of sales prospecting.
Follow up and sell real estate to all client leads provided by the Marketing team.
Ensure that all sales leads and discussions are tracked and recorded in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) System.
Meet allocated sales targets by proactively engaging in sales activities.
Manage the sales process, from initial client identification through to closing and signing of Sale Agreements.
Communicate effectively with customers and maintain up-to-date information regarding new initiatives, prices, deal of the month, and new products.
Accompany clients during visits and inspections of the property.
Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships by providing an efficient, reliable, friendly, and courteous service.
Requirements and Qualifications
BA/BSc/HND degree.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive in real estate sales.
Proven track record in sourcing leads, converting leads to sales, engaging clients, and maintaining client relationships.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially with Microsoft Excel.
Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques.
Ability to understand real estate market dynamics and convince buyers of the product.
High levels of honesty and integrity.
Strong communication skills (both written and oral).
Good analytical and quantitative reasoning skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adhere to deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize.
