Job Description
The Property Advisor at HF Group will play a vital role in driving property sales, establishing and maintaining relationships with prospective buyers, and ensuring seamless customer service from inquiry to final purchase. The role involves consistent lead generation, market research, and strict CRM compliance to achieve sales targets.
Principle Accountabilities
Lead Generation & CRM Management: Create systematic and consistent lead generation through project marketing, cold calling, referrals, and other media. Ensure all engagements from prospecting to closure are logged in the CRM.
Market Intelligence: Conduct surveys to identify competitor pricing and market trends, reporting findings to the supervisor.
Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and client pipelines using CRM systems.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients by offering excellent support, guidance, and information throughout their customer journey.
Sales Promotions & Events: Actively participate in expos, site activations, mall events, and other promotional activities.
Documentation: Follow up on the preparation and approval of all required documents, including booking forms, offer letters, sale agreements, and transfer documents.
Payment Collection: Upload payment evidence to the CRM, monitor customer payment plans, and achieve at least 85% compliance, issuing notices through CRM when necessary.
Mortgage Tracking: Track mortgage clients early and centrally manage mortgage applications.
Compliance: Adhere to real estate laws, organizational policies, and high standards of professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience
Academic & Professional: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Competent user of the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience working as a Marketer/Sales Executive in the real estate sector. Experience in using customer relationship management tools.
