As a Senior Media Buyer (Meta Ads Specialist) at Pavago, you will be responsible for owning and scaling Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to drive measurable growth. This role requires a data-driven professional who can manage significant ad spends across multiple accounts while providing creative direction and high-converting copy. You will operate with a high level of autonomy, focusing on outcomes like CPL, CPA, and ROAS to ensure long-term success for clients.\n\n### \n- Own and scale Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns from ideation to execution.\n- Manage and optimize key metrics including CPL, CPA, and ROAS across multiple accounts.\n- Handle $10K–$250K+ monthly ad spend budgets with performance accountability.\n- Lead the development of static ads, UGC video direction, video scripting, and AI-assisted creative production.\n- Develop and write high-converting ad copy and creative briefs for designers and video editors.\n- Continuously test audiences, creatives, and offers to identify winning combinations; analyze daily performance data to make informed optimization decisions.\n- Work with internal teams to align campaigns with broader revenue goals.\n- Operate with autonomy—own outcomes, not just tasks.\n\n### \n- BA/BSc/HND degree.\n- Minimum 3+ years of experience running Facebook/Instagram ads at a high level.\n- Proven track record of managing at least $10,000/month in ad spend (experience with $100K–$250K+ is highly preferred).\n- Experience handling 5+ accounts simultaneously.\n- Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Business Suite, and Pixel tracking/conversion optimization.\n- Ability to analyze performance data deeply and translate findings into actionable decisions.\n- Strong copywriting skills and understanding of full-funnel strategy (creative → offer → conversion).\n\n### \n- Hands-on experience with UGC workflows and video ad production.\n- Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, creative automation tools) for improved output.\n- Familiarity with CRM tools like GoHighLevel (GHL) or Close CRM.\n\n### \nInterested candidates should submit their application through the official Pavago recruitment portal on Workable via the application link provided below.
