The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) is seeking to recruit fifteen (15) Senior Legal Researchers to support its constitutional mandate. These positions are offered on a five (5) year renewable contract basis, subject to satisfactory performance. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-level legal research, analysis, and support to judicial functions.

Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to the position of Senior Legal Researcher, an applicant must have the following qualifications:
A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree or its equivalent from a recognized university.
Be an Advocate of the High Court with a current practicing certificate.
A postgraduate diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law or an exemption by the Council of Legal Education or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Membership to the Law Society of Kenya (LSK).
Proficiency in Computer applications.
Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
Meet the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya.
Experience
Be an advocate of the High Court of Kenya with at least four (4) years post–admission qualification.
