The Senior Associate SAP Architecture Consultant is a developing expert responsible for assisting clients with their information technology environments. This role involves developing architectural approaches for various layers of a solution and supporting feasibility studies for new or modified computer-based systems.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the development of the architectural approach for one or more layers of a solution.
Support the investigation, planning, coordination, and preparation of feasibility studies for new systems or modifications to existing ones.
Monitor industry publications and electronic information to stay updated on domain-specific knowledge.
Conduct technology-related assessments and maintain relevant documentation.
Support the pre-sales process, client engagements, and the sale of solutions and services.
Drive business development processes, including opportunity identification, scoping, and deal closing.
Apply design principal methodologies for detailed analysis of client requirements.
Support the creation of strategies defining meta-architectural designs for complex solutions.
Evaluate relevant information technology architecture.
Requirements, Skills and Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
Certifications: Relevant SAP Certifications, primarily in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management).
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role with multi-technology infrastructure design experience for SAP solutions (specifically HCM).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ABAP programming and intermediate knowledge of SAP technical architecture.
Functional Knowledge: Understanding of SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll, Benefits) and HR business processes.
Competencies: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills; excellent client service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
