Responsibilities
Lead business development, sales, and marketing initiatives to expand the company's footprint.
Communicate clearly and persuasively with potential and existing clients to close deals.
Apply systematic reasoning to identify and resolve complex client problems effectively.
Maintain and leverage deep knowledge of General, Life, and Medical Insurance products.
Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all documentation and service delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications
A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in insurance sales.
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND).
Fair knowledge and understanding of General, Life, and Medical Insurance sectors.
Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage diverse accounts.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High degree of flexibility and adaptability to evolving market trends.
Proficiency in using IT solutions and systems relevant to insurance sales.
