Bungoma North Technical and Vocational College (BNTVC) is looking for qualified individuals to fill the position of Secretarial Studies Trainer (2 Posts). BNTVC is a transformative institution established to provide quality technical and vocational education and training (TVET) aimed at equipping youth and adults with practical competencies, innovative skills, and entrepreneurial capacity for sustainable development.
Responsibilities
Facilitate training in secretarial studies to students using approved TVET curricula.
Prepare and maintain schemes of work, lesson plans, and teaching materials.
Conduct practical and theoretical assessments to evaluate student progress.
Mentor and guide students in professional secretarial ethics and administrative practices.
Ensure compliance with the college's academic standards and training guidelines.
Requirements
Applicants must possess a Minimum qualification of a Degree OR Diploma in Secretarial Studies III.
Any other equivalent and relevant qualifications from a recognized institution will be considered.
Strong commitment to vocational training and student development.
