Bungoma North Technical and Vocational College (BNTVC) is a transformative institution dedicated to providing quality technical and vocational education and training (TVET). We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Fashion and Design Trainer to join our faculty.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing instruction and practical training to students in the Fashion and Design department, ensuring they develop the necessary technical and creative skills required for the modern fashion industry.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical instruction in Fashion and Design topics.
Facilitate student learning in garment construction, pattern drafting, and design principles.
Assess and evaluate student performance through practical assignments and exams.
Maintain and manage workshop equipment and materials safely and efficiently.
Provide guidance and mentorship to students to foster their entrepreneurial and professional growth.
Qualifications and Requirements
A Minimum of a Degree or Diploma in Fashion and Design from a recognized institution.
Any other equivalent and relevant qualifications.
Strong technical knowledge of fashion design processes and garment manufacturing.
Passion for vocational training and skill development.
