Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality instruction in Hair Dressing and Beauty Therapy, ensuring students gain the necessary practical and theoretical skills to excel in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and practical training in hair dressing and beauty therapy according to the established curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical workshop sessions.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through practical demonstrations and written examinations.
• Maintain and manage workshop equipment and supplies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students to foster their professional and entrepreneurial growth.
• Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment in the workshops.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Minimum of a Degree or Diploma in Hair Dressing and Beauty Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Other equivalent and relevant qualifications from a recognized institution will be considered.
