Job Description
Solvo Global is seeking an experienced Scheduler with a strong background in Healthcare or Home Care and an excellent level of English (90%+ spoken and written). This role is responsible for managing caregiver and patient schedules, coordinating appointments and interviews, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage and coordinate appointments and shifts for caregivers, clients, and patients.
Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to confirm, adjust, and manage schedules. Maintain constant communication with staff, clients, and management to ensure service quality.
Administrative Support: Manage interview and meeting schedules, including confirmations and last-minute changes.
HR & Payroll Support: Assist with recruitment, hiring processes, orientations, and basic HR administration. Support payroll tasks such as timesheet verification and data entry.
Record Management: Maintain accurate employee records and perform general administrative and on-call coordination duties.
Work Schedule (On-Site)
This role involves a specific night shift rotation to align with international time zones:
Monday – Thursday: 16:00 – 09:00
Friday: 16:00 – 23:59
Saturday: 00:00 – 23:59
Sunday: 00:00 – 09:00
Requirements
Education: BA/BSc/HND qualification.
Language: Excellent English proficiency (90% or higher in both spoken and written).
Experience: Previous experience as a Scheduler, ideally within the Healthcare or Home Care sectors.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, sense of urgency, and professional empathy.
Competencies: Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information with high integrity.
