Job Description
Proto is a leading generative AI platform for local customer experience. Powered by GPT and a proprietary AI engine, Proto's AI Customer Experience (AICX) Platform automates transactions, tickets, bookings, and other high-volume interactions for local and mixed languages across text, voice and 20+ messaging channels. The SAP Analytics & Support Assistant role is focused on maintaining high standards of data reliability, creating insightful dashboards, and providing technical support for SAP-related functions.
Key Responsibilities and Performance Areas
Dashboard & Report Management: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of all produced dashboards and reports. Deliver analytical outputs promptly based on business requirements.
User Adoption & Insights: Monitor user adoption rates of reporting tools and improve insight quality based on user feedback scores.
Data Integrity: Manage consistent data refresh cycles for analytics assets and ensure master data accuracy and completeness while reducing errors.
System Enhancements: Identify and implement improvements or enhancements to existing dashboards and data models.
Technical Support: Provide timely resolution for minor SAP issues and maintain high user satisfaction ratings.
Documentation: Create and maintain accurate support documentation and training materials for end-users.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the optimization of processes within the analytics and support departments.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in analytics, dashboards, reporting, or SAP support.
