Full Stack Engineer - Stealth Venture

This is a deeply hands-on role where you will design the architecture, write production-level code across the backend and frontend, and establish the engineering standards that will define the venture long term. You will also manage and guide an external development team, ensuring high standards of execution, speed, and quality. Working directly with the CEO Office, you will turn ambitious ideas into secure, scalable, real-world solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end technical architecture.
• Build and ship the first version of a mobile-first fintech product.
• Write and review production-level code across the full stack.
• Lead and coordinate external development agencies working on the project.
• Establish AI-first ways of working with tools like Claude Code / Cursor.
• Make key decisions around tooling, infrastructure, and security.
• Translate ambiguity into clear technical direction.
• Balance rapid iteration with fintech-grade reliability and risk awareness.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A degree in a relevant field (BA/BSc/HND).
• Proven experience building products in the fintech space where security, reliability, and trust are essential.
• Experienced in building products from zero to one (startup experience).
• A true full-stack engineer, experienced across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and CI/CD.
• An AI-first pioneer, comfortable working with AI-assisted development workflows.
• Workflow-minded: ability to enable agents to become force-multipliers in development teams.
• Product-minded and commercially aware.
• Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity, fast-moving environments.
• Passionate about enabling commerce through technology.
• Comfortable building in a mobile-first environment.
• Able to zoom out to strategy and dive deep into implementation.
• High ownership, strong judgment, and low ego.
