Sales Person

This role is for a Sales Person at Domaka LTD based in Mwanza. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the company's profile, products, and capabilities, conducting market research to identify customer needs, and finding potential business opportunities for the company.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Become well versed with the company profile, products, and capabilities.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs.
• Research and identify potential opportunities for the company.
• Assist in organizing and participating in industry trade shows and exhibitions.
• Provide administrative support including budget tracking and coordination of marketing materials.
• Visit identified companies/clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of Diploma in sales and marketing, business administration or any other related field from a recognized college.
• 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Must have presentation skills.
• Must have negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Must have the ability to ride a Motorcycle.
