Sales Officer

This role is for a Sales Officer at Goodwill Ceramics, a leading tile manufacturer in Tanzania established in 2015 with significant investment and a daily output exceeding 80,000 square meters of ceramic tiles. The company is expanding and seeking talented individuals to join their dynamic team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gain comprehensive knowledge of ceramic tiles/box specifications directly from the factory.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Assist customers by providing necessary information, including product or service quotes.
• Implement and test various sales strategies through proactive communication with existing and prospective clients.
• Trainees will have the opportunity to become official sales personnel following successful training.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Successful candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possess sales experience within the building materials industry.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English is required.
• Proficiency in using office software, specifically WORD and EXCEL.
• Adherence to all company rules and regulations.
• Willingness to undertake irregular, long-term business trips as required.
