The Tamarind Group is seeking a dynamic and creative individual for the role of Sales & Marketing Coordinator (note: referred to as Sales & Marketing Executive in the initial brief) to support the execution of integrated marketing and sales initiatives for Roast at Tatu City and Tamambo Tatu City. This position is critical for driving brand visibility, enhancing customer engagement, and achieving revenue growth through strategic marketing, specialized content creation, events coordination, and proactive corporate sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Execute marketing plans for Roast at Tatu City and Tamambo Tatu City in line with the Group marketing strategy.
- Develop and coordinate marketing materials including posters, table talkers, e-newsletters, in-house promotions, and digital content.
- Create engaging content for social media and digital platforms, including photography and video capture during events and peak service hours.
- Coordinate marketing events and promotional activities from planning through execution.
- Liaise with designers, photographers, and creative partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Support website and social media updates for assigned outlets.
- Conduct corporate sales visits within Tatu City and surrounding areas to promote restaurant offerings and special packages.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Distribute promotional materials, follow up with key accounts, and document client feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns for both Roast Tatu City and Tamambo Tatu City.
- Assist in preparing event proposals, presentations, and checklists.
- Provide support to the Group Marketing Manager and Sales & Marketing Director as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media, and content management systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for brand presentation.
