We are looking for Sales Management Trainees (SMT) to drive the growth of our general insurance products. This role is intended for high-energy individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry under the mentorship of seasoned professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation: Drive the sales of general insurance products to achieve and exceed established targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, providing them with tailored insurance solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science from a recognized University in Kenya.
Recency: Must have graduated within the last 5 years.
Experience: Up to 5 years of relevant experience in a professional or sales environment.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Personal Attributes: High energy, self-driven, and a proactive attitude toward learning.
