Progressive Fibre Ltd is a leader in the supply of telecommunication equipment and power products. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) solutions to commercial, industrial, and residential clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our renewable energy portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new sales opportunities for battery energy storage solutions.
Promote BESS products to businesses, institutions, and residential clients.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical sales documentation.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities in renewable energy.
Coordinate with technical teams during project implementation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years sales experience (energy, solar, electrical, or technical products preferred).
Good understanding of solar systems or battery storage solutions is an added advantage.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Self-motivated with proven ability to meet sales targets.
Valid driving license is an added advantage.
