Stima Investment Co-operative Society Limited is seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The role is responsible for driving sales, expanding the customer base, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets through effective marketing and client engagement.
Role Overview
Reporting to: Business Development Officer
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospects.
Market and sell company products to both new and existing clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement (calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings).
Provide product information, support, and recommend suitable offerings to clients.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Ensure adherence to company service standards and quality delivery.
Present products and services in a clear, structured, and professional manner.
Work closely with the team to achieve overall sales targets.
Ensure accurate communication of product availability, pricing, discounts, and terms to avoid customer disputes.
Maintain client accounts through regular follow-ups, visits, and sharing of necessary documentation (statements, offer letters, sales agreements, etc.).
Ensure full customer satisfaction from inquiry to closure.
Requirements and Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in real estate sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate.
Excellent public relations and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet targets and work under minimal supervision.
