Solvo is seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role is primarily focused on re-engaging previously lost or inactive clients through high-volume outbound outreach. Candidates must be comfortable working in a role that mirrors North American business hours, requiring availability during graveyard shifts in Kenya.
Availability Requirement (Kenya – EAT)
Candidates must be available to work Monday to Friday, aligned with U.S. business hours. The coverage window in Kenya time (EAT) is 4:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please note: Employees will not work the entire 16-hour window. Work shifts will be scheduled within this range based on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Make 300–400 outbound calls daily to re-engage former clients.
Identify and qualify new opportunities from inactive accounts.
Handle objections confidently and effectively reposition the service value.
Maintain accurate records of all calls and outcomes within CRM systems.
Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to pass on qualified prospects.
Consistently meet or exceed daily activity and performance targets.

Consistent achievement of daily call volume targets (300-400 calls).
Strong pipeline generation specifically from reactivated clients.
High conversion rates from initial outreach to qualified opportunities.
Professional, persuasive, and high-energy communication style.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, or similar performance-driven roles (not Customer Service/CSR).
Volume: Proven track record handling high call volumes (minimum 150+ daily).
Language: Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
Skills: Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills; experience with KPIs and metrics.
Technical: Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
