Our client in the Telecommunications sector is seeking to recruit a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) based in Voi. The primary purpose of this role is to market and sell company products and services to customers professionally while adhering to established financial controls, processes, and retail operations policies.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation: Meet and exceed targets for Airtime, Acquisitions, and Devices.
Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor Telkom’s inventory and consignment stock daily to ensure accurate balance of inventory movements and physical stock.
Financial Accountability: Manage the daily cash float and provide full accounts for daily sales.
Customer Experience: Support and implement strategies to improve the customer experience and drive sales growth.
Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers, particularly regarding the configuration of data devices.
Requirements
Academic Qualifications: Must possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Work Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
Core Competencies: Strong customer focus, networking and partnership building, influencing and negotiating skills, and analytical thinking.
Leadership Competencies: Strategic orientation, business acumen, results orientation, and commitment to developing self and others.
