Sales and Marketing Officer

The Sales and Marketing Officer role involves joining the sales team with a primary focus on lead generation, making sales calls, and consistently meeting assigned sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Contacting potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints efficiently.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Actively participating in sales team meetings.
• Setting specific sales goals and developing effective sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, and skills:

• Education: Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Sales, or any relevant field.
• Experience: Previous experience in similar or related roles of at least 1 year is required.
• Skills: Must be a skilled communicator, negotiator, and influencer.

The standard work hours for this position are 8 hours per day.
