Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive with mandatory experience in real estate sales and marketing, property management, and letting. The role focuses heavily on property acquisition, tenant sourcing, marketing, inspections, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate must possess a valid driving license to support site visits and property viewings.

Key Responsibilities

• Market residential and commercial properties for letting and property management.
• Source and onboard new properties for property management portfolios.
• Conduct property site visits and viewings.
• Identify, qualify, and convert sales leads and rental inquiries.
• Negotiate lease terms and close letting agreements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and client data.
• Prepare sales reports, occupancy reports, and market analysis.
• Manage property listings on online portals, social media, and company platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients.
• Collaborate with operations and property officers to improve occupancy rates.
• Support branding, promotions, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Represent the company at expos, events, and sales meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in real estate sales and marketing.
• Skills: Proven experience in sales, marketing, lead generation, and negotiations.
• License: Valid driving license (mandatory).
• Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Performance: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Advantageous: Familiarity with social media marketing tools and computing software will be an added advantage.
