Responsibilities
Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
Market and sell life insurance products to individuals and businesses.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
Provide clients with professional advice on insurance solutions to help them feel secure and confident.
Participate in activities at the Nairobi CBD Fulfillment Centre to drive business growth.
Requirements
Degree in Insurance, Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in insurance sales.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong knowledge of life insurance products.
Must possess a Certificate of Proficiency (COP).
