Restaurant Supervisor

Our client, a well-established restaurant in Nairobi, is seeking to recruit a Restaurant Supervisor with proven experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage and motivate service staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly handle customer complaints.
• Monitor staff attendance, shifts, and discipline.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Support inventory control and proper use of restaurant resources.
• Assist in training and onboarding new staff.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum qualification of Diploma.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and service standards.

Salary Range: KSh 30,000 - KSh 50,000/month
