Our client, a well-established restaurant in Nairobi, is seeking to recruit a Restaurant Supervisor with proven experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage and motivate service staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly handle customer complaints.
- Monitor staff attendance, shifts, and discipline.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Support inventory control and proper use of restaurant resources.
- Assist in training and onboarding new staff.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum qualification of Diploma.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and service standards.
Salary Range: KSh 30,000 - KSh 50,000/month
