Job Description
We are hiring on behalf of our client, one of the leading restaurant brands in Nairobi with multiple branches, for an experienced and highly organized Restaurant Manager.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, operational management, and customer service skills with the ability to oversee restaurant operations, drive team performance, and maintain high service standards within a busy restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations across assigned branch/shift
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff and departmental activities
Monitor sales performance, costs, and operational efficiency
Manage staff scheduling, discipline, and performance
Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and operational procedures
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
Monitor stock control, inventory usage, and wastage management
Prepare operational and performance reports for management
Support business growth and branch performance initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or related field
Minimum 5 years of continuous experience in a busy restaurant environment
Proven experience in restaurant operations and team management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational demands
Knowledge of hospitality standards and food safety regulations
