The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development invites qualified, experienced, and dynamic individuals to apply for the position of Regional Programme Assistant within the Regional Programme Coordination and Management Unit (RPCMU) based in Kisumu. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Regional Programme Coordination and Management Unit.
Assist in the documentation, filing, and maintenance of all regional program records and reports.
Coordinate logistics for program activities, field visits, and stakeholder meetings.
Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment with program objectives.
Monitor program timelines and assist in preparing progress updates as required by the Ministry.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc) or a Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field of study.
Demonstrated relevant academic qualifications and professional certifications.
Practical experience in program assistance or administrative support, as detailed in the job descriptions provided on the Ministry's portal.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
