As a Regional Domain Manager for Rider Operations, you will own the rollout, execution, and performance of key programs across multiple markets, including Airports, Venues, Categories, Scheduled Rides, B2G, and Rider Engagement. You will operate at the intersection of global strategy and local execution — ensuring that central initiatives are effectively deployed, optimized, and scaled, while also feeding back structured insights to shape future improvements. This is a hands-on role for someone who can drive performance, manage complexity across markets, and bring clarity to ambiguous environments.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end execution of Rider Operations programs across multiple markets, ensuring timely rollout and high-quality delivery.
Own regional KPIs including GMV contribution across verticals, rider engagement, retention, and B2G pipeline performance.
Translate global strategies into clear, structured execution plans tailored to local market dynamics.
Monitor performance, identify gaps, and take corrective actions to ensure targets are consistently met.
Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources toward the highest ROI opportunities, managing trade-offs across markets.
Act as the bridge between central and local teams by surfacing insights on regulatory risks, demand patterns, and operational challenges.
Contribute to program improvement by providing structured feedback and helping shape scalable frameworks and playbooks.
Collaborate closely with General Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, focus, and execution discipline.
Build and strengthen capabilities within local Rider Operations teams through best practice sharing and structured problem-solving.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in operations, program management, or similar roles with regional or multi-country scope.
A strong track record of executing and scaling multi-market programs with measurable results.
A strong analytical and commercial mindset, with experience managing metrics, budgets, and ROI-driven decisions.
Excellent stakeholder manager skills, with experience working with senior leadership across functions and geographies.
High ownership and comfort with bringing structure to ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Ability to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
Possess a BA/BSc/HND qualification.
