Job Description
KEDA Ceramics International Limited is a manufacturing company of ceramics tiles and sanitary ware located in Miwani, Kisumu County. Sitting on 150 acres, it is a significant player in the manufacturing sector in Kenya. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team and support our growing workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates.
Screen CVs and shortlist suitable applicants.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Assist in fulfilling manpower requirements within timelines.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organization and coordination abilities.
Recruitment experience is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
Ksh 35,000 – 40,000
