The Quality Assurance Analyst will develop and implement processes and procedures meant to improve quality throughout the organization. In this role, you will partner with other teams to identify and mitigate quality risks and will work with senior staff to address customer requirements and concerns, as well as collaborate on audits.\n\n### Key Accountabilities\n- Expertly perform inspection of finished or in-process goods, analyze data and identify trends in defects or errors.\n- Partner with cross-functional teams on product design, product management and production to uncover and avoid quality risks.\n- Conduct root cause analysis for defects, nonconformities or other quality failures.\n- Ensure compliance with formal external and internal quality standards.\n- Provide training, coaching and mentoring to team members.\n- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.\n- Other duties as assigned.\n\n### Qualifications and Experience\n#### Minimum Qualifications\n- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.\n\n#### Preferred Qualifications\n- One or more years of related work experience.\n- Solid working knowledge of quality assurance and/or food safety concepts.\n- Intermediate mathematical and analytical skills.\n- Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint skills.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply online through the Cargill careers portal at jobs.cargill.com or via the application link provided below.
