Role Overview
This is a full-time on-site position for a Point of Contact (POC) role located in Nairobi, Kenya. The POC will act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and the company, ensuring efficient communication and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client inquiries and serve as the main point of contact.
Coordinate schedules and support project teams.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
Resolve any issues or concerns effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
BA/BSc/HND degree.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, contractors, and team members effectively.
Proficiency in record-keeping, time management, and multitasking.
Experience with customer service and problem-solving.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage on-site responsibilities independently.
Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accuracy in updates and records.
Prior experience in real estate or property development is a plus but not required.
