Job Description
Morsan HR Consulting is a global powerhouse in HR consultancy, recognized for its strong client relationships and tailored solutions. We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Director. The role involves managing communications, coordinating complex schedules, and ensuring the seamless daily operation of the Director's office. The ideal candidate will be professional, highly organized, and capable of handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Communication Management: Screen, prioritize, and respond to calls and messages professionally and promptly. Handle high call volumes and manage communications efficiently under pressure.
Social Media & Online Engagement: Support social media coordination, including responding to comments, managing inbox messages, and identifying engagement opportunities. Monitor online activity and escalate important matters to the Director.
Administrative Oversight: Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules. Oversee office administration functions specifically within the Director’s office.
Representation: Represent and accompany the Director to events, meetings, and official functions when required.
Documentation & Reporting: Coordinate meetings and prepare briefs, reports, and presentations as required. Organize documents, contracts, and digital files systematically.
Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks assigned by the Director are executed on time and provide structured feedback on pending matters.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business and personal information.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an executive assistant, personal assistant, or administrative role.
Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in both English and Kiswahili (both spoken and written).
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong digital literacy.
Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, executive presence, and exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attributes: Confident and well-presented professional demeanor; discreet, trustworthy, and highly confidential.
Decision Making: Strong problem-solving ability and quick decision-making skills under pressure.
Industry Interest: A passion or strong interest in the automotive industry is considered an added advantage.
