We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant with excellent communication skills to support executives at a construction/services company in the United States. This role is ideal for junior professionals with growth potential, solid administrative skills, and fluency in English.
Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative support to executives.
Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
Control and organize internal documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and ensure effective communication between areas.
Ensure efficiency in daily operations.
Requirements
Academic Requirements
High school diploma (required).
Current university studies or professional degree (preferred).
Experience and Skills
1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in administrative roles.
Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Proficiency in Canva (a plus).
Experience with CRM systems (highly desirable).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong writing skills (essential).
Experience in document management (significant advantage).
Organizational skills, attention to detail, proactivity, and ability to prioritize.
